If I chose not to think or say anything for a moment then does that mean
I chose not to be during that moment. Or does the practice or chose by
    itself force me to exist.

Where am I? Where or what am I? I am whatever I'm saying or thinking at
the moment. Or if I'm not saying or thinking anything than I am m chose
not to say or think. So maybe I am my choices?

But if I'm my choices than who is making to choices? Am I making the
choices? If I'm making the choices and I am my choices than am I my
    choices chosing themselves?

And is it possible for me or something or anything to chose not to
chose? To make a choice not to make a choice about anything. If then, to
chose not to chose you wouldn't exist??

Maybe I'm making this more confusing that it really is. Maybe not. I
know all I'm doing is frustrating myself.

    Sincerely,
    Nick Clair

    Nick:

You are whatever you are saying or thinking at the moment, at the very
    cusp of reality.

    That is pure DQ.

I think that's why meditation is such a challenge and Satori is so
    elusive.

Then again, what do I know?

    Next to nothing.

Peace, love and all that good shit,

    Chuck
