    I hope you're kidding. You are not a dogmatic capital C
    Conservative, a la GWB and company, although you have some
    conservative ideas. There is a big difference. And, more important,
    you always present your ideas with plenty of good argument and
    evidence which can be checked for context and accuracy. So far, you
    have always answered my responses (although I detect a slight
    reluctance to get back to Capitalism thread 1, but I know you're
    busy). And you've never slandered anyone, except, maybe, poor old
    Bertie Russell, whom you called a bit of a toad.

    Anyway, it's them danged Americans I'm talking about. Stop being so
    sensitive. :-)
