    Squank asks:
Allow me to reassure you that i would on no account wish to change my
experiences of Quality for those of anyone else.

As i sit here and look out into woods and contemplate a cold Spring breeze,

all is radiant and shinning with life.

Where in Matt's tedious essay will you find that? ;)

    Andy:
In a strange twist of coincidence, I am also presently in a location where
I can look out into woods and contemplate a cold breeze. I am also
reminded what is radiant and shining with life.

I find similar inspirations in reading. Like you, I agree there is a lot
on the MOQ.org discussion that is of low quality. I think Matt's
contributions are an exemption. I have been inspired by his posts and also

his essay. As you might say, "well good for you." But, I keep returning to

MOQ.org, because there are occassional moments of Quality that help sustain

me during a day. Often, it is Matt providing those moments.

I am glad you are able to find quality in your life. I hope you continue
to find it. I don't mind you disagreeing with Matt. But, your reaction,
when it is based in ridicule and hostility is of extreme low quality. And,

your review of his essay offered no Quality whatsoever.

I appreciate your comments on the pragmatists. And I agree they all
offered a different perspective on pragmatism. However, your
interpretation of all these philosophers "you like" and your
characterization of Pirsig as "the real thing" is another example of your
inability to communicate in a precise language. By precise, I mean,
backing up your assertions with some logical arguments or empirical
evidence. I suspect this is what you find distasteful in Matt (his ability
to be precise). Your retreat to "knowing" Quality when you see it and
never getting beyond this in conversation may be enough for yourself in
meditation and contemplation, but it offers nothing in communication with
    others.

So, I will continue to hope....

    Thanks again,
    Andy
