Nor is there a leader that inspires me. A leader implies a hierarchical pattern, doesn't it? Maybe that is what needs to change. Or maybe it is changing. MOQ, with its levels, is hierarchical. Isn't it?
As you have probably guessed, my mind becomes spaghetti with so many questions.
