just a final point on the whole racism and banning
thing....
this forum and moq.org are supposed to represent
pirsig's metaphysics and their evolution.
thanks to the people behind lila's child (especially
dan); thanks to ant mcwatt's persistence at liverpool
university; and thanks to everyone who contributes to
and learns from moq.org (thanks to horse of course),
Pirsig and the MOQ are becoming more strongly latched
in our culture.
but there are naysayers; and as the moq becomes more
widely known academically there will be more
naysayers, who will probably be quite skilled in
rhetoric. allowing the premier forum for the
discussion of things MOQ to be a vehicle for racist
propagandists is going to make pirsig and the MOQ an
easier target for detractors, don't you think?
