Well, the term "inorganic DQ" is like "intelligent stone" or something,
there's
no such thing. What you probably meant was, "DQ influence on inorganic
patterns". But yes, since we cannot predict (all) quantum events, we
could
call them DQ until, and if, we can predict them.

No, we can not call matter SQ and energy DQ. Have a look at E=m*c^2,
it says that they are both interchangeable and predictable. That would
not be the case if energy was DQ.

I don't think we should talk about "transitions" to the next level,
rather
that the next level at a certain point were able to use the patterns of
the lower level. Even if inorganic patterns suddenly are used to form
organic patterns, the inorganic patterns are still there, untransformed.
