A small correction and addition:

My statistics of 12/3 22:41 +0100 were NOT about 'aid to the OECD' BUT about
ALL foreign aid by US government ACCORDING TO OECD DEFINITIONS.
President Bush has recently promised in Mexico to raise (by 2003 or 2004)
this aid from 0,1% to 0,15% of GNP.
Maybe Marco can tell us whether Italy is planning to raise its 0,13%
also...?
