Hullo Adam,

>From your title I assume you are asking about books by Ken Wilber.

Wilber is a prolific writer, to the extent that some accuse him of 'ripping
off' his public. Certainly some of his recent books tend to repeat quite a
bit of his earlier work, which is fine if you have not read the earlier
books, but gets a bit wearing if you have.

The best simple introduction to his work is "A Brief History of Everything".

Another book that I find most helpful is "No Boundary".

Try those for starters.
