You all really should read the article, it addresses most of the arguments
against evolution that are arising in this forum (and at least one that
Pirsig fell for).

BTW, Popper DID criticize the theory of evolution early in his career. In
later years he reversed his opinion publicly and admitted that he had
misunderstood the theory. In1977 he wrote:
"...I haved changed my mind about the testability and the logical status of
the theory of natural selection; and I am glad to have an opportunity to make
a recantation."
