A view to which I suscribe. There is room for both ways of knowing - in fact
the two are complementary. The first is mainly biological and the second,
which would have had zero advantages for survival during our pre-conscious
evolution, has developed from the social level until it is a level unto
itself.
And complexity theory still leaves open the question of who wrote the
algorithm.
