Unless some taxonomy is devised for the mailing lists, this whole thing is
unworkable.
Anyone wanting to work AND contribute is going to find it exhausting. To
read a posting and get anything out of it either requires some contemplation
and comparison to ones currently held Static beliefs and an appraisal of the
changes in value that result from the new input.
What I am seeing are knee jerk reactions, abuse and the"if I shout louder
and more often then I will win" approach.
This is not the time or place.
As for the concerns about the impact of once a day postings, I am fully used
to the effect being 13 hours ahead of GMT and can assure you that there are
great advantaes to not so instant communication!
If you can read a message, or rather thread and reply instantly then I
guess you need to get out and think about it some more.
Take a walk, sail a boat, maybe even ride a motorcycle for a couple of
days...
Fond seasonal regards to all lurkers out there, and to the rest, a happy
holiday.
