I can't. It's just the best model (metaphysics) of reality I've seen.
Any metaphysics is just assumptions. Proof requires a model in
which to prove it, in which case the model is already there.
Step one is to acknowledge that metaphysics can't be proven, then
we can try out different approaches and see which fits best with
our experiences.

Hej Magnus
Yes, point taken. Still, I feel that to ignore the need for an awareness of
reality to exist for reality to exist is to overlook a very fundamental
principle at work in the universe. When we start talking about whether we
"know" something or not is to speak of determinism and not existence itself.
Lithien brought up the plane-crash over Lockerbee, Scotland and the reality
of those deaths compared to the reality of the disappearance of someone like
Amelia Erhart.
If someone here in the US disappears without a trace, the law says 7 years
must pass before that person is declared legally dead. This is an example of
how we deal with non-determinism legally. Even though no body is ever found,
after what is deemed a reasonable wait, it is assumed they are dead simply
to resolve the ambiguity of non-determinism in an unambiguous fashion. How
we deal with it psychologically is far different however.
The nature of complementarity is to resolve non-determinism with
determinism, as is the Metaphysics of Quality, and they both do this by
means of unambiguous communication between observers. If we leave out the
observer we leave out the rest of reality as well.
Nothing is as simple as we would like, and even though i realize certain
assumptions must be built upon, the assumption of two patterns of value
interacting in any fashion without an observer being present seems like too
big of a leap of faith for me to make at this time. But neither do I
discount it. There is too much ambiguity involved to make a leap that way
either.
Experience is Quality, Quality is experience, I guess that about sums up my
feelings on the matter. Experience is always the starting point, if we
insist on looking for a starting point.
Best wishes
