your "reason" (imho) is a product of you - not you. just as if i
write a book or paint a painting - these are products of me, not me.
and definitely not all of me.

try reading zen and the art of archery....the author (Eugene
Herrigal) does a nice job of illustrating the downfall of taking our
creations/actions/products and basing our opinion of ourselves on
them.

when someone attacks your creation, they are not attacking you. you
are free however, to take it that way, but i've found it often gets in
the way of learning and growing.
