I have started to grow old and grumpy and after managing to alienate
DMB and you seemed to distance yourself from the S/O-intellect, and
Paul had out-written me!!!! ;-) I thought the SOL interpretation was
"out". Then this most enlightening piece. But you should not involve
yourself in defending the first part before completing the second. At
least I won't comment anything before that. Looking forward to part 2.
