Bo - Thanks for digging that out. I had not heard of your INTERACTION -
SENSATION - EMOTION -REASON sequence before. But that's OK. It fits. The
essence lives!

And thank you Diana for re-emphasising the direction of this plot.

I've not been here long, but I have a question.

Q: Is it envisaged that some underlying principles in Chapters 1 - 3 will
be agreed by everyone before Chapters 4 - 6 are approached? Or will 4 - 6 be
taken on regardless of the first result ?

I ask this because the issue of whether it was peyote or a cigarette, an
Indian or a European, is to me
largely irrelevant. The essence being raised by Pirsig is deeper than that.
The former is just illustrative.
