Hi everyone

With help from Ken's daughter Mary, and from Dan Glover, the steering
committee has put together a tribute page to Ken Clark. The draft version
is here:

If anyone wants to add anything else to the page, or has any suggestions
please let me know. Can you send any contributions directly to me by MAY
31.
