Hi Everyone

In reading Roger's "Versatality and Evolution" post I've the feeling
term
spontaneity is being used interchangeably with term quickness. The way I
meant term "spontaneous" is more in line with a Dynamic unfolding of a
given situation rather than relating to any quickly made choice. Perhaps
Jonathan would agree most scientific discoveries are not made quickly
but are the result of years and sometimes decades of painstaking
research, yet culminating in a spontaneous solution which often comes
about unlooked for, arising Dynamically. Same way with great artists...
their masterpieces are spontaneous culminations of a lifetime of
experienced tribulations and labor and
love.

So when I say in any given situation, generally speaking, there is
tendency to a spontaneous solution I am not advocating rash decision
making nor quickness of thought and/or action; those are intellectual
patterns of value no matter how quickly they are made or how versatile
the patterns of value might be. Rather I am attempting to state a
principle of Universe operating beyond the capability of our static
intellect to comprehend fully no matter how
wide we might extend our
intellectual range.
