I've just bounced a couple of wandering posts and I think it would be worth restating
the topic to prevent further diversions.
As stated a few days ago.

Obviously Roger posted many interesting and controversial points. Equally obviously
we cannot deal with them all in one month. And, if we attempt to, we will lose sight of
the objective of making a checklist of all the issues.
There will be plenty of time to answer all the issues later, but for now can we please
simply try to identify all the problems that people see (rightly or wrongly) in the MOQ.
