It befalls the Moderator to decide in a tie situation.
In an effort to please as many voters as possible the April Topic will
be #3 - we may continue the March 2004 Topic posed by dmb.
Hopefully, the good Topics losing out for April may be resubmitted and
voted on for March 2004?

To remind everyone of the Topic:
"Does Pirsig's work help us to sort out the distinctions between
metaphysics and the mystical reality?"
