The
general rule here is, the smaller things get, i.e. the fewer atoms
involved, the
more uncertain is the behaviour of the set. Large number of atoms behave
very predictable because each atom behaves equally unpredictable.
I'm sure Jason or Doug could elaborate and correct this, but I think it
covers the basics.
