I hope you didn't expect me to agree with this. ;-)

I agree that the patterns most choose to attribute each level are
"Earth-
chauvinistic and homo-centric". Good examples are your definitions
of the bottom two levels you posted the other week. But I still think
the grouping is universal. You sound just like Anders who thought
the levels were "fuzzy" recently, but that's because it's hard to
isolate
the actual static patterns from the DQ and other patterns that are
interpenetrating them.

Don't give up on the levels, they are much more usable than that.
