It's a great idea. Maggie has already offered to do some typing. I happy
to do a couple of chapters too. Now all we need is a someone to
coordinate and decide about formats and copyrights and stuff. Any
volunteers?

The Lila Squad hasn't really dealt with this kind of stuff yet. I do
think that the MoQ can answer these sorts of questions and it's
definitely something we should discuss in the future. My feeling (as
you've probably guessed by all my harping on about principles) at the
moment though is that everyone has their own ideas about the MoQ and
this creates a lot of misunderstanding when it comes to applying the
MoQ. We need to establish some common ground first, then we can take
things further.
