LS A plea to the lurkers

Dear lurkers

One of the things that worries me most about the Lila Squad is the
number of inactive members. Many of you on joining the squad have sent
me letters saying how glad you were to find it and how important you
felt the MoQ was, so it seems a pity that you don't join in more.

My guess is that it's a question of time. Keeping up with all the email
is a pretty big job and it's understandable that not everyone has the
time to read every message, let alone take part in the discussion.

If you've been reading the recent mail you'll know that the Lila Squad
is currently working on a project to establish the basics of the MoQ.
Several of the members have written outlines of the MoQ and I've put
them altogether on this web page:

http://www.geocities.com/Athens/Forum/4670/principia.html

Ultimately we hope to develop a set of principles that everyone can
agree on.

I would very much appreciate it if you could take the time to look at
this web page and perhaps even offer up your own set of principles. If
you don't have time to do that any comments and suggestions are also
welcome. I feel very strongly that the more people who contribute, the
better the final result will be.

Thanks

Diana
