Okay, this time I'll bite. I'll try for short and sweet here:
Static quality ... patterns of values that can be perceived at at a
given moment. The understood; the taken-for-granted.
Dynamic quality ... a challenge outside of the realm of static
patterns that pushes them towards new patterns of higher Quality. The
new, the unknown set in juxtaposition to the known such that it tests
the worthiness of a static value-set. The element of surprise. The punch
line...
Since our world is, in essence, the end-product of evolution (value-set
challenge), then Dynamic quality is the source of all things. Without
it, we'd be stuck in the primodial soup, never to move beyond the level
of, say, intestinal parasite, cable TV salesman, 'whatever'...
