Thanks for that. I think I caused considerable confusion when I wrote
"intelligent" observer - Sorry.

To get back the argument:-
THEO - Quality IS prior to subjects and objects...
Myself - DQ is creation of the SO context. It is an event.
              DQ does not exist before or after anything. DQ happens.
