Someone posted about determinism and free will not being Dynamic
Quality.

I think that is acurate because in order to make a "free will decision"
you are going to be using some static paterns that are already in your
mind to make the choice. As far as determinism, the only thing that is
pure fate is what is directly in front of you right now, and how you
respond to it will unfold what comes up next.
