(Just offering a perspective thing here - not contradicting you per
se, and DEFINITELY not preaching) The biblical premise isn't that
MONEY is the root of all evil - it's the LOVE of money. This follows
with your feelings - execpt it isn't money (wealth, etc) that is
causing the moral problems - just the attachment to it. More like
when we focus on getting money - we lose perspective on the important
things in life. There's a great book called "Do What You Love, The
Money Will Follow - (Dicovering Your Right Livelihood)" by Marsha
Sinetar. She addresses the idea that by pursuing our "right
livelihood" - wealth will follow - because we are more "open" to it
appearing. I've read and heard a lot about this from other writers/
lecturers - that the act of hoarding wealth blocks the flow
of wealth (see also "tithing") :o)
