1.weigh a stack of 123 vs 456
if equal
2. weigh 7 vs 8 (if equal know 9 is the heavy)

if first weighing was not equal take the threesome that
had the heavy (lets just say 123) and split it up so your
second weighing
2. 1 vs 2 (if equal 3 is the heavy)
