Sure does. Hopefully one post per topic per day should be sufficient for the
moment. Once the new list is up and running then assuming members of the list
are agreeable the number of posts can increase.

That's the problem with only one post per day but multiple topics running.

I think that if the other rules are observed then having multiple posts could be a
good thing if there is a topic that really has people fired up and enthusiastic. I
think having a general limit is useful in some circumstances as it encourages
members to sit and think before firing off multiple posts. Stream of consciousnes
can be rewarding but more often it just produces drivel.

Three or four a day absolute limit seems reasonable. In the unlikely circumstance
that all 100+ members produced 3 posts a day on 4 topics that's 1200 posts. But
even if an average of 5 members a day send 3 posts on 4 topics that's stiill 60 a
day. I think the most posts in a day I've seen so far is about 30 but many of them
had nothing to do with the MoQ.
