I'm sorry but I can't let that one go. It is not only patently untrue but it is also offensive,
implicitly racist and stunningly bigoted, as anyone who has even the slightest knowledge of Islam
will confirm. Firstly, Islam is a religion not a culture. For example, the greatest number of
Muslims live in Indonesia and are as far removed, culturally, from the Saudi Arabians as I am from a
one legged, black, transvestite, lesbian, feminist from the Upper Volta. Secondly, the intellectual
inheritance of Islam utterly dwarfs that from the U.S.A. when looked at historically and it is an
outrageous arrogance to claim otherwise.
If this is MoQ thinking then perhaps the recent comparisons with Cosmotheism have some validity.
