Undeniable Fact: Experience (Quality) is always the primary context.
Thus, truth is experience-dependent, experience being the germinal
context from which all other subsidiary contexts (such as historicism)
are derived.
By contrast we have Rorty who says that "truth is what your
contemporaries let you get away with."
Which is why I refer to Rorty's philosophy as the "Metaphysics of The
Emperor's New Clothes" or MENC--pronounced menace. :-)
