This post from David M is one i find interesting also, and you have been
thinking about it too. "Mystical dq loses speed through the levels on the
way up." I have singled out this sentence because i don't agree with it.
Unless i have misunderstood you Joe? Intellectual activity like maths and
physics more Dynamic than physical biological skill? Intellectual activity
is so fast we sometimes call it's creative aspect intuition? And that
intuitive sense is high coherence and beautiful. Have you ever noticed a
footballer shoot for goal having not appeared to have looked where the
target is? The footballer has a sense of where the goal envelope is in the
same way a musician has a sense of the finger board envelope? Intelligence
may be surpassed here; like the Zen archer who allows the shot to leave the
bow as a water droplet leaves the flower petal, so the footballer looses his
shot by opening completely up to DQ. I have a feeling this is a state where
SQ-SQ tension is exceptionally coherent - excellence - 'the beautiful game'
    as football is known?

Hi Mark, David M, Matt P, and all,

joe: Mark, I do not know how to speak to our disagreement. I accept all
    that you have said.

When I was learning close-order drill in basic training in the army after
being drafted, I was worried. I kept dropping my rifle and had to do push
ups for plunishment. My drill instructor informed me that my body would
learn the maneuvers after practicing. I graduated from basic training.

I would like to examine David M's Goaaaal in possible MOQ terms:
    Intellectual patterns=unfinished, s/o
    Social patterns=order, existence
    Organic patterns=food, purpose

Intellectual patterns: a game of football/soccer, corner kick, center
forward, unmarked forward, defenders, referee, offside, scoring goals.

Social patterns: the positioning of the players, behind me, crowd roaring,
distraction, flight of the ball, head striking the ball, placement of the
    defender and the other forward.

Organic patterns: jumping, neck muscles moving the head, experienced
(availability of muscle mass, adrenaline, practice), not 100% sure (fatigue,
the exact position of the ball in relation to my head).

During the flight of the ball the intellectual patterns, especially noting
the forward is unmarked, the possible offside take my attention.

While holding my position, the social patterns of the position of the ball
in relation to me, the noticing what my defender is seeing, the possibility
of distracting my defender from the forward behind me are a matter of order.

For the jump the organic patterns of making the jump, the muscle movements,
perhaps moving my arm to distract the defender, the wait before the ball
gets to me are a matter of purpose.

I don't wait any longer, I jump, I move my hands for more distraction and
the moral decision to accept my fatigue, my uncertainty, rather than to
impress the blonde in the front row, enables me to experience a dynamic
    Goaaaaaaaaaal!

Matt P 21-04-2004 Do you think that because someone has greater intellectual
capacity, they are more easily able to recognize and enjoy the quality
    expoeriences in their lives?

joe: that is true, and, perhaps, the center of gravity from which
individuals act is in different levels and different configurations. The
absent-minded professor, Kasparov and Big Blue.

    Joe
