I must say I'm also impressed by many of the highly progressive suggestions made for improving communicative dialog in the group. Very interesting indeed and certain to lead to a higher level of intellect when they take root. If I may be permitted to add my thoughts to the fray. I think we need to pay special attention to the context in which these dialogs take place. We definitely don't want to be authoritarian. But remember, in a group where control is shared by all, you have to have a facilitative climate that empowers every person.
We should strive for an organic flow, which can be created with individuals contributing simultaneously in an ecologically related fashion making full use of the tools technology offers. The locus of choice would still reside in each person, yet as awareness expands, intuitively and *dynamically* whilst (*statically* at the same time) the community choice will become a shifting consensus expressing each individual choice, just like the sap rising and falling in a tree when conditions make one direction or the other appropriate and/or vice versa.
I think this would be the perfect example of group dynamics empowering individual openness and ultimately leading to the goal of freedom leading to deep-seated spiritual growth and personal fulfillment.
