Martin,

    First, I am humbled. Your study and knowledge of Sartre far
surpasses mine. :)
I think where I went wrong, after reading your reply, was in my
mistaking "freedom" as the absolute. I failed to keep in mind that this
freedom was consciousness of freedom of possibility and not some driving
force.. I believe I just got a little too excited by the possible
similarities I saw between his Freedom/Responsibility and DQ/SPoV. I
lept too soon, I suppose. I appreciate your reply. You have definitely
shed some light on a number of Sartre's concepts which has helped with
my understanding of him. Thanks.
