To all Lila Squadders

"Second in order to provide some room for free discussion outside
of the LS topics we're trying to set up a newsgroup. This can take
a while but one thing we can all do to help is start participating
actively in current newsgroups so that we can demonstrate
publically that there's a lot of interest in the subject. Our proposed
name for the new group is sci.philosophy.meta.moq which will be
an offshoot of sci.philosophy.meta. Horse has already posted
some stuff at sci.philosophy.meta so please take a look and post
your replies up there."

Whatever happened to to the spirit of participation? So far the only
other LS member I've seen on the sci.philosophy.meta newsgroup
is Magnus. It would be nice to get our own newsgroup going and
one way of doing this is to show that there is sufficient traffic.
There's a lot of crap on there that has nothing to do with
metaphysics so anyone with half an idea about the MoQ will be
able to shine. There are a couple of people that have responded to
myself and magnus but we need MORE. LOTS, LOTS MORE.

So get those newsreader programs out of mothballs and start
posting. Most of the posts are short and to the point so it doesn't
take a lot of time.

If your strapped for a newsreader use Netscape, if you need a
newsfeed use news.demon.co.uk - they're both FREE.

It was what got written down.
It was as simple as that!"
