I think I could argue it both ways. I don't think it
is a clear teleology/classic connection at all.
Evolution can be just as dogmatic as creationism if it taught
"accept without questioning" atmosphere.
I don't really associate dogma with either classic or romantic,
or causality or teleology.

Right, the rejection of evolution is just as absurd as accepting
it as fact

I agree but I think it a tricky balancing act in allowing mysticism into
the classroom and keeping religous tolerance.
