Your 3 level approach does not hold water in my view.
The evidence for Intellectual patterns may be found, and i feel convincingly
so, in the conflict between Social patterns and the proposed Intellectual
patterns.
Social patterns conflict with Biological and Intellectual patterns, and
again, this is empirically verifiable, which gives it enormous weight.
If you suggest that consciousness is all pervading then i would agree with
you?
For i feel Intellectual patterns are the latest extrusion of a migration
towards greater consciousness.
However, patterns are patterns.
They are discerned.
It takes a sophisticated awareness to discern well.
