They both can be herdlike. But as an American, all you have to do is
look around to see which one dominates. I haven't seen too many flags
burned lately. I am sure anyone participating in this activity at this
time would be called on by Homeland Security in a short minute. And I
can't get away from O' glory waving no matter where I turn. I don't
understand either ritual myself. But Americans can never be accused of
being nonconformists. Whatever is in fashion. Tides change very
quickly.
