ok, now my notions are seriuosly being challenged, these are some good
replies. But first, i want to apologize to glove. i didnt mean to call
him closed minded, it was just that at the time, it seemed like i was
just getting gropes in the dark, frantically turning to pirsig for
advice instead of actually considering the possibility that q is simply
subjective. glove really did appear to consider that possibility, and i
guess i was to closedminded myself to recognize this. and i was maybe a
little too excited about the whole idea of drastically changing my
philosophical beliefs overnight.
right... now i want to address Roger and Kilian but i actually just
realized that it's almost 11:30 here and i really have lots more work to
do tonight, so i'll come to you a little later, probably around 2 or 3.
