The only problem I can see with it is the time zone differences. What time
of day would we pick? Maybe this is not really a problem, but I've noticed
that for me, most of the posts seem to arrive in the middle of the night -
when it's daytime in Europe and the middle east and night-owls are lurking
in the US. I guess in Hong Kong it's tomorrow!? If we chose 5:00pm in
Cambridge, then those in the US would be reading a full day behind, and
perhaps 2 days behind before our responses appeared. Is this a problem or
not? I can't decide, but I did want to point it out.

Fintan brought up the idea of a chat in an Irish pub one time. I've
wondered since if maybe we couldn't schedule something like that for a
weekend time once a month. There are lots of free chat areas where we could
reserve a private room to hash over all the ideas that came up in the
previous month. Would anyone else enjoy doing this? Does anyone think this
might be a useful way to summarize our month's worth of ideas? We could
even post the transcript. hmmmm.
