Dunno. But I doubt it refers to the steering committee. Why should it? The
steering committee isn't a government organization - which is a good job or we'd
have to raise taxes :) - it's a bunch of volunteers who make sure that the site
continues to exist and expand and that the mailing list(s) keep mail moving and
that the archives are maintained etc. No-one is forced to stay subscribed to the
list but those that do are expected to observe a few very simple rules that help to
achieve the objectives of moq.org. Those objectives can be found in the site
pages.

As far as I'm aware, there would have to be a separate chunk of code interfacing
majordomo and hypermail or, as you suggest, a search tool of some form to
perform this task. I'm looking into it but if anyone knows of a way to do this I
would be more than pleased to hear from them.
