Well, concerning the computational logistics of this, I believe that mIRC
would be the best program for this. It is basically a program, which you
can talk, send files, etc with an unlimited amount of people. It is not
very graphically stimulating, like MSN messenger, but it is much better when
having group conversations. I would also agree that it could be
conversations/discussions on any variety of interesting situations or
topics.
I can write very clear and precise instructions on how to get, install, and
use this program, that even (insert someone you know who has no technical
knowledge here) could use it.
The hardest part will be to coordinate a time when more people would be able
to use it. However, with mIRC, we (MOQers) could have our very own
dedicated channel, 24-7 , even if no - one is in it, so that if you wanted,
you could just drop by, and see who (or what) is happening.
