The problem of will is that we must know what we are willing. When I will
something I think that's my right, but I must be aware that every right is
related to a duty. I have the right of the freedom of speech (so I have that
will) to explain freely my point of view, but my duty is to be sincere and
respectful. Respecting our duties (static limitations) we are seeking
freedom. Otherwise "seeking new ways to overcome static limitations" could
be a road to anarchy.

Bo,

Yes. They're related. Every pattern is related also to the environment
below, (I wrote: "Every pattern tries to fill its typical environment, using
lower patterns as resource, limiting the activity of similar patterns. "

For example, if I create a new intellectual concept (a new metaphysiscs, for
example), I can decide to write a novel. In that case I can use Commerce (a
social pattern, active in the economic environment); and also can choose
Paper as support (an inorganic pattern, active in the space environment).
But my metaphysics will be really active in the intellectual environment
(public opinion). If I change the patterns below (for example using e-mail
or sending my novel freely) the intellectual meaning of my novel will remain
the same.

No, Bo! I used "environment" , not "level". There's a difference. Maybe we
will discuss it, but I'm going off topic, so I stop here. (it's my duty....)

Marco.
