    Hi all,

    I appreciate this is a little past the deadline, but I haven't been able to concentrate on MoQ stuff
    for the last few days (for fairly obvious reasons). (And it seems nobody else has got within the
    deadline either!)

    I'd like to renominate the following for January: Is human language primarily a social level
    phenomenon?

    I'll get to work on the summary for December in the next day or two.
