    I don't really know if meditation is religious or spiritual. I suppose
    that depends on the intention of the meditator. It does offer insight into
    the ground of ones being through a quite different relationship with ones
    mind, ones thoughts, ones nonsense.

    For what it's worth, that's been my experience.
